1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.sate.eu (the “Site”) you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. For any supply of machinery, spare parts, consumables or services, the General Conditions of Sale apply.

2. Service Provider Identification

In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 (e-commerce regulation) and article 2250 of the Italian Civil Code, the operator of this Site is SATE S.r.l., with registered office and company data as indicated in the box above.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to texts, graphics, photographs, technical drawings, machine renderings, videos, software, the SATE word and figurative mark, the Framework™ trademark, product names (S700, S500, SA105, SA145, SC700, SF600r, ST700r, Nexar, KERS) and all designs — are the exclusive property of SATE S.r.l. or its licensors, and are protected by Italian Law 22 April 1941 No. 633 (Italian Copyright Law), EU Directive 2001/29/EC and applicable international copyright treaties.

Trademarks and figurative signs reproduced on the Site, even when not followed by ® or ™ symbols, are the registered property of SATE S.r.l. or third parties.

4. Permitted Use

The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and view content on the Site for personal information purposes only. The following uses are expressly prohibited without prior written authorization by SATE:

• Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification or republication of any content
• Automated scraping, harvesting, indexing or extraction of data (other than by recognized search engines)
• Reverse-engineering of technical drawings, renderings or specifications shown on the Site
• Use of SATE trademarks or logos for commercial purposes without explicit license
• Framing, mirroring or embedding the Site in any third-party context

5. Technical Information and Disclaimer

Information on machinery, specifications, performance values and case studies published on the Site is provided in good faith and based on the best available data at the time of publication. Technical specifications, formats, speed values and energy figures may be subject to change without notice in line with continuous improvement of our products. Binding specifications shall be those stated in the specific offer or contract.

The information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer under articles 1336 and 1337 of the Italian Civil Code.

6. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp). SATE has no control over the content of such sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, privacy practices or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, SATE provides the Site “as is” and disclaims any warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of the information made available. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. The Court of Pistoia (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Site, without prejudice to mandatory rules of competence applicable to consumers under Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
